Our Beer and Cider Festival is being held over the weekend of 23rd, 24th and 25th May 2025 and this is an ideal opportunity for local business, sole traders and even private individuals to make themselves known within the community and further afield. This is a fundraising event which raises much-need money to preserve this historic building.
Previous events have proven very successful, and our sponsors were very pleased with the exposure they received. Over the three days of the festival in 2023 we received over 1,200 visitors, plus we got wide exposure for both our charity and our sponsors through the local press and radio.
We provide for five levels of sponsorship from as little as £70.00 as follows: -
Sponsorship Package Offer 1 - £100 for 1 Beer
Sponsorship Package Offer 2 - £70 for 1 Cider
- Sponsor’s name on any barrel of beer or box of cider sponsored.
- Sponsor’s name in the beer/cider menu.
- The display of any advertising material in Crabble Corn Mill for the duration of the festival.
- Listing of sponsor’s name / logo on our web site and a link to sponsors own web site (if applicable) in the lead up to, and duration of, the festival.
- Invitation for the sponsor and one guest to the sponsors preview evening to be held on the evening of Thursday 5th September at 7.30 p.m.
- 2 entry tickets to the beer festival.
- 2 Festival glasses.
- Tokens for two pints of beer or cider.
Sponsorship Package Offer 3 - £200 for 2 Beers
Sponsorship Package Offer 4 - £140 for 2 Ciders
Sponsorship Package Offer 5 - £170 for 1 Beer and 1 Cider
- Two barrels of beer or two boxes of cider are sponsored,
- Sponsor’s name in the beer/cider menu.
- The display of any advertising material in Crabble Corn Mill for the duration of the festival.
- Listing of sponsor’s name/logo on our web site and a link to sponsors own web site (if applicable) in the lead up to, and duration of, the festival with continued display on our web site until the next Festival.
- Invitation for the sponsor and two guests to the sponsors preview evening to be held on the evening of Thursday 5th September at 7.30 p.m.
- 3 entry tickets to the beer festival.
- 3 Festival glasses.
- Tokens for three pints of beer or cider.
- 10% Discount on any future corporate events you wish to hold at Crabble Corn Mill.
